Welcome to Artemis Health. By using our HIPAA-compliant prior authorization software for ENT clinics, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully. These terms govern your access to and use of Artemis, including any updates or modifications.

Responsibilities

You and your clinic are responsible for the accuracy of all information entered into Artemis, as well as maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Unauthorized access or misuse of the platform is strictly prohibited.

Data Security & Privacy

Artemis secures all patient data at rest with AES-256 encryption and enforces strict access controls. We are committed to maintaining HIPAA compliance. Please contact us for questions regarding our security procedures or data management.

Limitation of Liability

Artemis Health provides the software “as is,” and does not guarantee error-free operation, absolute accuracy, or uninterrupted service. Artemis Health is not liable for any indirect damages or losses related to your clinic’s use of the platform.
