We do not sell or share your information except as required to provide our services or with your explicit consent.
All patient data in Artemis is encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit using TLS. Access to Artemis requires an authorized clinic password and is restricted to approved clinic staff only. We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality and security of your protected health information at all times.
We may use non-identifiable, aggregated data to improve Artemis and to develop new features. We also log usage data for troubleshooting, security, and compliance purposes, but do not use this information for marketing or advertising.
How We Use Your Information
Artemis uses your information to operate, maintain, and improve our HIPAA-compliant prior authorization platform. Our services are designed to support your ENT clinic’s workflow, enabling real-time compliance checks, streamlined submissions, and secure dashboard access.
